MORPHEUS8 Body is the most cutting-edge technology for tightening skin on the body.
It is a brand new 40-pin handpiece for our MORPHEUS8 device, allowing us to penetrate larger areas on the body up to 8mm deep. It is the only technology that is FDA-cleared to provide subdermal adipose tissue remodeling at this depth.
This is a minimally invasive procedure, and can treat large areas at the deepest levels of RF that exist.
Almost everyone is a candidate, especially if you have loose skin, but we will schedule an evaluation with one of our Medical Providers to determine if this is the best treatment for you. Common concerns we address with this treatment are post-surgical scarring, stretch marks, skin tightening, especially after pregnancy, and addressing skin changes from weight loss and weight gain. This is the perfect “Mommy Makeover” without worrying about much downtime or surgery!
During your treatment, you will arrive up to an hour early for numbing. Depending on the treatment area and concern, we will either numb you topically, or we will inject numbing to make the treatment as comfortable as possible. We also offer Pro-Nox Nitrous Oxide for comfort during the treatment or our cryotherapy air chilling device.
Once you have been numbed, we will begin treating the area, stamping with the MORPHEUS8 Body handpiece until thorough treatment is complete. The treatment takes approximately 1 hour to complete.
The MORPHEUS8 handpiece is used generally for the face and neck. The Prime handpiece is used for smaller areas, like the eyes and lip. Our Resurfacing tip is for resurfacing skin. The new Body handpiece has the ability to penetrate deeper, as it is most likely being used in thicker areas. It also has a special setting called “burst mode,” where energy is delivered automatically at up to 3 different tissue layers within the same single cycle.
