At La Chelé Medical Aesthetics & Wellness, we believe timeless beauty begins with healthy, radiant skin.
Our advanced Forever Young BBL (BroadBand Light) and Halo treatments offer non-invasive solutions to restore your skin’s youthful appearance and combat the signs of aging, sun damage, and skin imperfections. These two cutting-edge technologies provide the ultimate combination of skin rejuvenation, targeting multiple layers of the skin to deliver exceptional, long-lasting results.
Whether you’re looking to brighten your complexion, reduce fine lines, or improve skin texture, Forever Young BBL and Halo combine to transform your skin and maintain its youthful glow.
Broadband Light (BBL) is a clinically proven technology that treats a wide range of common skin concerns.
These include rosacea, broken capillaries, sun damage, hyperpigmentation, uneven skin texture, acne, fine lines, and wrinkles. BBL is not only corrective—it’s also preventative, helping to delay visible signs of aging when used as part of a consistent skincare regimen.
The treatment works by delivering light energy to the upper layers of the skin, gently heating the tissue to stimulate cellular regeneration. This process promotes clearer, smoother, and more vibrant skin over time. BBL effectively treats numerous conditions, including small facial veins and age spots, with little to no downtime. Most patients describe the sensation of the laser as a quick, rubber band-like snap.
BBL treatments are fully customizable, using a three-step approach to address each patient’s unique skin needs. In a long-term clinical study conducted at Stanford University, patients who received just one BBL treatment per year over the course of 5 to 11 years were found to have skin that appeared up to a decade younger than their actual age.
The Halo laser is a leading-edge fractional hybrid laser used to treat and minimize the appearance of sun damage, hyperpigmentation, fine lines, wrinkles, and other signs of aging. While BBL can target these skin concerns at a more superficial level, Halo can penetrate deeper into the dermis.
The treatment achieves this goal by penetrating the skin using a fractionated laser to target the deepest dermal layers. This stimulates collagen production, which helps speed up cellular turnover. Thanks to new tissue regrowth, patients can expect a younger, firmer, and clearer complexion.
The Halo laser can treat multiple skin conditions, including dyschromia, enlarged pores, wrinkles around the eyes, and deep wrinkles. Halo targets visual signs of sun damage and damage that cannot be seen by hitting all layers of the dermis. While the best results can be seen when used on the chest, face, and neck, it can also be used to treat the hands and arms. Due to a constant temperature monitoring system installed in the device, the Halo treatment is more tolerable and comfortable than others of its type. This also allows for the most accurate treatment.

Halo and BBL use two different technologies, and combining these therapies can provide outstanding results! The BBL handpiece uses Broadband Light therapy to target browns, reds, fine lines, and wrinkles. The Halo handpiece is a fractionated laser that creates micro channels into the dermis to stimulate collagen and target deeper pigmentation and wrinkles. Together, they deliver a dramatic yet natural-looking transformation, leaving the skin clearer, smoother, and visibly younger with minimal downtime.

Forever Young Treatment
Forever Young is a treatment involving multiple passes on the skin. It is a preventative treatment to address wrinkles, fine lines, and rosacea, along with lax skin. Forever Young is used to regenerate new skin cells, along with targeting pigmentation like brown and red spots. This treatment is great for those with an active lifestyle, as there is minimal downtime. It’s the ultimate treatment to clear your complexion overall with one of the most advanced state-of-the-art technologies there is to offer in aesthetic lasers.
Sciton Laser Resurfacing
Sciton laser resurfacing is used to reverse skin damage done by age and sun damage and restore skin back to its younger, healthier version. A laser beam is scanned across the treatment area and safely removes the top layer of skin. The body then regenerates a healthy layer of skin, allowing the face to look more youthful. The body also generates new collagen, which helps make the skin look tighter. Depending on the damage to the skin, the treatment can range from shallow superficial peels to deep resurfacing treatments.
Both Forever Young BBL and Halo are designed to treat a variety of skin conditions, including:

“There’s No Place Like La Chelé”
Most patients see significant improvement with a series of three treatments. The number of treatments will be tailored to your individual skin needs.
BBL: You may experience mild redness or swelling immediately after the procedure, but this typically subsides within a few hours to a few days. You can resume most of your normal activities shortly after the treatment.
Halo: You may experience redness and/or swelling immediately after the procedure, but this typically subsides within a few days. Treated areas may feel hot or warm for 12-24 hours post treatment, and pinpoint bleeding can occur.
Yes, both treatments are safe for most skin types. However, it’s important that these treatments be performed by experienced professionals who can tailor the procedure to your specific skin type and concerns.
You should refrain from wearing makeup post-treatment for 48 hours following your treatment.
We recommend staying out of the sun for two weeks pre-treatment. Do not use retinol or salicylic acid for 1 week pre-treatment. If you have melasma or are a darker skin type, we ask that you treat with hydroquinone for one week pre-treatment.
We space out your treatments 1 month apart from each other.
